Conceptual design through to practical completion of a modern new dwelling for a private developer. Working closely together to deliver a home of distinction.
With the main priority in the design brief, which was to achieve a sightline straight through the home, this modern family dwelling was born. Featuring a staggered arrangement floorplan, double height spaces and two stray finger windows, this home absorbs masses of light and provides a taste of contemporary clean living.
Whilst keeping to planning height restrictions, this mono pitch home was built using modern methods, and provides all the accommodation across a single storey. Utilising vaulted ceilings to open up the rooms internally and featuring patio doors from all rear rooms straight on to the private enclosed garden.
